To ensure good accessibility, it is important that all Service Center employees are scheduled at the right time.
Rob explains: “In the past, we used Excel to create our work schedules. Every week a new schedule was made and shared in a WhatsApp group. This was time-consuming because every change required a new update and redistribution. Additionally, multiple versions of the schedule often circulated, leading to miscommunication.”
